Appointed by Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to manage the Community Rehabilitation Centre

Launched a new post-rehabilitation service, Growing Resilient Youth in Transition (GRYT) for youth offenders and probationers.
2016
State-appointed as 1 of the 10 Youth-At-Risk Engagement (YARE) agencies in Singapore to provide early intervention to at-risk youths

Established Trybe Practice & Development Unit
